To gather

Each meeting stems from the same intention: to create a space where everyone feels welcome to reflect, listen, contribute, and connect.

Some experiences are intimate and conducive to reflection. Others bring together diverse perspectives around important ideas. Some are focused on learning, while others invite us to slow down, take a step back from the pace of daily life, and reconnect with ourselves and others.

Whether they take place in person, online or in a hybrid format, each meeting is carefully designed to meet people where they are, while leaving room for what can emerge collectively.

Our ways of coming together

CONVERSATIONS

DIALOGUES

WORKSHOPS

Carefully facilitated meetings that invite participants to take part in meaningful exchanges around a common theme or a shared human experience.

Some conversations are calm and conducive to reflection. Others explore lived experiences, healing, well-being, or life transitions. Each conversation places great importance on presence, curiosity, and respectful listening, rather than seeking the right answers.

Conversations can take place in person, online, or in a hybrid format.

Facilitated experiences that bring together diverse perspectives to explore complex personal, organizational, or societal issues.

Rather than seeking to reach an agreement, dialogues create the conditions conducive to deeper understanding, shared learning, and collective reflection.

Dialogues can take place in person, online, or in a hybrid format.

Interactive learning experiences that combine research, lived experience, and practical application.

Participants leave with new perspectives, concrete tools and ideas that they can put into practice in their personal or professional lives.

Examples:

  • Create a space for listening: listen with presence and kindness

  • Navigating Burnout

  • Leading through times of change

  • Psychological safety in practice

Workshops can take place in person, online, or in a hybrid format.

LEADERSHIP SERIES

COMMUNITY EXPERIENCES

Events that highlight recognized thought leaders, researchers, practitioners and change agents who explore ideas contributing to healthier organizations, stronger communities and more humane leadership.

These experiences can take the form of keynote conversations, informal discussions, panel discussions, book talks, and facilitated dialogues with the public.

Leadership Series events can take place in person, online, or in a hybrid format.

Welcoming experiences that foster connection, reflection, and a sense of belonging through shared moments rather than formal teaching.

These encounters can take the form of community conversations, seasonal gatherings, wellness-focused activities, collaborative initiatives, events with our partners, and other opportunities to come together in meaningful ways.

Some experiences may be open to all, while others are created specifically for members of the Founding Circle or for invited communities.

Community experiences can take place in person, online, or in a hybrid format.

PENSIONS

Immersive experiences that offer a space to pause, reconnect with oneself and take time to reflect, away from the demands of daily life.

Whether they take place over a single day or several days, the retreats combine meaningful conversations, learning, reflection and regenerative practices in carefully chosen environments, promoting personal and collective renewal.

Retreats can take place in person and, where appropriate, be offered online or in a hybrid format.

What distinguishes our encounters

We believe that meaningful encounters go far beyond simply sharing information.

They create the conditions conducive to presence.

They invite curiosity before certainty.

They encourage listening before responding.

They recognize the wisdom that comes from personal experience, as well as that which comes from research, professional knowledge, and diverse perspectives.

Whether they take place online or in person, each Espace Résonances meeting is intentionally designed to promote psychological safety, thoughtful dialogue, and authentic human connection.

Bring Espace Résonances into your organization

Many of our meetings can be adapted for organizations, management teams, conferences, educational institutions, and community groups.

Together, we can design experiences that strengthen organizational culture, promote well-being, and create spaces conducive to meaningful conversations around the issues that matter most.
