Dialogues and Resonances — Leadership & Humanity, Season 1

Who actually builds organizational culture?

Culture is not built solely on values, policies, or HR initiatives. It takes shape every day in our decisions, our behaviors, our relationships, and the place we truly give to people.

With Nadine Duguay-Lemay , founder of Espace Résonances and a leader with over 25 years of experience, and Gilles Marcoux, Ph. D. , a full professor at the University of Moncton, this dialogue will bring together leadership experience, research and conversation.

A space for professional development and exchange to explore a central question: what if culture was a collective responsibility of leadership?

Primarily in French. Questions and discussions in English are welcome.

$50, taxes included. Limited seating.
